摘　　要：在经济新常态的背景下,企业面临着复杂多变的外部环境和内部管理挑战。基于此,文章重点分析了经济新常态下企业经济管理的重要性,结合企业经济管理常见问题,围绕经济新常态下企业经济管理创新路径开展了深入研究,涉及增强预算约束力度,提升风险内控意识,完善内部组织结构等内容,希望能够为相关从业人员带来一定启发,更好助力企业经济管理升级发展。In the context of the new normal of economy,enterprises are faced with complex and changeable external environment and internal management challenges.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the importance of enterprise economic management under the new normal,and combined with the enterprise economic management common problems,around the economy under the new normal enterprise economic management innovation path carried out in-depth study,involving strengthening budget constraints,improve risk internal control consciousness,improve the internal organization structure,hope that study can bring certain inspiration for related practitioners,better power enterprise economic management upgrade development.
