医者关怀自我的伦理审思——从福柯“关怀自我”伦理展开

摘　　要：最新修订版《日内瓦宣言》将医者关怀自我作为其中一条新增条目,相较以往对医者关怀他者的强调,关怀自我虽显突兀却其来有自。福柯认为自我关怀是一种技术,既指向个体自我,也指向他者,兼具个体道德和社会道德之维。医者关怀自我的伦理合理性也由此显现,由关怀自我实践开始,而后实现自我人格认同、医患关系重构乃至健康共同体构建。基于此,提出医者可以从修心和修行开启关怀自我的伦理实践,使自我达致圆融完满之境,而后才能关怀他者与社会,进而助推健康共同体建设。The newly revised version of the Declaration of Geneva includes a new item of the physicians'self-care.In comparison to the traditional emphasis on caring for others,the theory of caring for self,though seemingly abrupt,has its roots.According to Foucault,self-care is a form of technique,regarding both self and others,thus embodying both individual and social ethics,which illustrates the ethical rationality of physicians'self-care practice,by starting from the practice of which,physicians realize self-identity,reconstruct doctor-patient relationships,and build a community of health for all.Accordingly,this essay proposes that physicians can initiate ethical practices of self-care through both inner cultivation and external actions.Only by achieving a harmonious and complete self can they then care for others and society,thereby promoting the construction of community of health for all.
