病理阐释与隐喻:《失明症漫记》中的人性与社会剖析

摘　　要：疾病的隐喻往往建立于其病理性之上。在《失明症漫记》中,失明症因其特殊的病理被赋予审美化的内涵进而形成深层隐喻,主要体现于对人类理性的蒙蔽。社会层面上,患者面对着政治权力的压迫和健康群体的歧视;个体层面上,患者身份认知发生了偏移,众多因素最终导致灾难发生。基于此,失明症的隐喻实则借由摧毁人类的精神、消弭人类的主体性,破坏社会秩序而产生。这部文学作品警示人类必须重视疾病对精神的进攻与破坏,无论在社会发展还是医学伦理上,人类精神世界的湮灭导致的社会崩坏远比疾病病理层面上的破坏更加值得关注。The metaphorical nature of a disease is often built upon its pathological nature.In Blindness,blindness is endowed with aesthetic connotations due to its special pathology,forming a deep metaphor,primarily reflecting the obscuration of human rationality.On the societal level,patients face oppression from political power and discrimination from healthy groups.On the individual level,patient identity recognition has shifted,and many factors ultimately lead to disasters.Based on this,the metaphor of blindness actually symbolizes the destruction of human spirit,the erosion of human subjectivity,and the disruption of social order.This literary work warns humanity to pay attention to the attack and destruction of the spirit caused by diseases.Whether in terms of social development or medical ethics,the social collapse caused by the annihilation of the human spiritual world is far more worthy of attention than the pathological damage caused by diseases.
