硫化时间对硅橡胶交联密度和性能的影响

摘  要:研究了硫化时间对硅橡胶交联密度和性能的影响,并利用平衡溶胀法与应力应变法分别对不同硫化时间(10,15,20 min)下的硅橡胶的交联密度进行了计算。结果表明:随着硫化时间的延长,硅橡胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率呈略微下降趋势,撕裂强度先上升后下降,硬度基本维持不变;交联密度数值与力学性能的变化相符;热空气老化后,随着硫化时间的延长,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化率大幅下降,硬度变化基本一致。The effect of curing time on the crosslinking density and properties of silicone rubber were studied,and the crosslinking density of silicone rubber at different curing time was calculated using equilibrium swelling method and stress-strain method.The results showed that with the prolong of curing time,the tensile strength and elongation at break of silicone rubber showed a slight downward trend,while the tear strength first increased and then decreased,and the hardness remained basically unchanged;The crosslinking density values were consistent with the changes in mechanical properties;After hot air aging,the change rate of tensile strength and elongation at break had significantly decreased,while the change in hardness was basically consistent.
