摘 要:研究旨在挖掘与肉鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率的相关遗传变异,以期为黄羽肉鸡屠宰性状的遗传改良和分子机制的深入研究奠定重要基础。试验基于基因型填充技术对1 914只广西金陵花鸡配套系(终端父系E系)全净膛率和半净膛率进行全基因组关联分析。结果发现,半净膛率与全净膛率两性状间保持高度相关,GWAS筛选到半净膛率和全净膛率均与8号染色体上73 Mb的5个SNPs(rs14638292、rs14638299、rs14638318、rs317194432、rs315435578)存在显著关联,rs14638292、rs14638299、rs14638318、rs317194432、rs315435578变异为CC、TT、GG、TT、CC基因型个体时,全净膛率和半净膛率均显著高于基因型分别表现为TT、CC、CC、AA、TT的个体(P<0.05)。结果表明,rs315435578所定位的TNR基因可能是影响半净膛率和全净膛率的候选基因。The purpose of this study was to explore the genetic variation related to the semi-evisceration rate and eviscera-tion rate of broilers in order to lay an important foundation for the genetic improvement and deep investigation of molecular mech-anism of slaughter traits of yellow-feathered broiler.In this study,genome-wide association analysis of evisceration rate and half-evisceration rate was performed in 1914 Jinling chickens terminal sire E.The results showed that there was a high correla-tion between the semi-evisceration rate and evisceration rate.GWAS showed that both semi-evisceration rate and evisceration rate were significantly correlated with 5 SNPs(rs14638292,rs14638299,rs14638318,rs317194432,rs315435578)of 73 Mb on chro-mosome 8.When rs14638292,rs14638299,rs14638318,rs317194432,rs315435578 mutated into CC,TT,GG,TT and CC geno-types,the evisceration rate and semi-evisceration rate were significantly higher than those of genotypes TT,CC,CC,AA and TT respectively(P<0.05).The results indicated tha the TNR gene targeted by rs315435578 might be a candidate gene affecting the semi-evisceration rate and evisceration rate.
