摘　　要：由于能源供应安全日益重要、大国战略竞争回归,日本岸田文雄政府提出“新时代现实主义”外交,加快国家安全战略的调整,并且开始调整中东外交。岸田政府的中东外交体现出重视能源转型与高科技合作、追求中东市场的高收益、强调维护“基于规则的国际秩序”三大特点。这主要源于国际能源格局变化、中东地区市场前景广阔和抢占国际秩序有利地位的驱动,突出日本“本国利益优先”的特质。岸田政府的中东外交充斥着权力政治、零和博弈与大国对抗的思维逻辑,服务于日本牵制中俄影响力增强、协助美国维系中东秩序主导性地位及追求政治大国地位等地缘战略目标。岸田政府中东外交的成效有限,且主要集中在能源领域,今后仍然会面临诸多挑战。Based on the recognition of the increased importance of the security of energy supply and the return of strategic competition among great powers,the Kishida administration has proposed"New Age Realism"diplomacy,accelerated the restructuring of its national security strategy and Japan's Middle East diplomacy.The Kishida government's Middle East diplomacy reflects the importance of energy transition and high-tech cooperation,the pursuit of high returns in the Middle East market and emphasizes the maintenance of the rule-based international order of the three main features.This is mainly due to changes in the international energy landscape,the broad market prospects in the Middle East,and the desire to seize a favorable position in the international order,highlighting Japan's characteristic of "putting national interests first."The logic of the Kishida government's Middle East diplomacy is power politics,zero-sum game and great power confrontation,which serves Japan's geostrategic goals of containing the growing influence of China and Russia,assisting the United States in maintaining its dominant position in the Middle East order,and pursuing the status of a political power.However,the Kishida government's Middle East diplomacy has had limited success,focusing mainly on progress in cooperation in the energy sector,and will continue to face challenges at the domestic and regional levels,injecting more uncertainty into Japan's Middle East diplomacy.
