摘　　要：[目的]为了更好地适应水产行业的技术革新和人才需求变化,探索产业学院协同育人视角下高职水产工匠人才培养途径。[方法]通过与水产头部企业——通威股份合作,成立通威产业学院,搭建高水平产学研育人平台,重构课程体系,调整人才培养模式,深度产教融合。[结果]采用五对接·三循环·三指导,校企协同育人模式,人才培养质量显著提升,企业参与度明显提高。[结论]产业学院协同育人视角下,产教深度融合,校企协同,培养水产工匠人才,不仅可以满足产业的技术和人才需求,也将促进教育与产业的紧密结合,为水产行业的持续发展奠定坚实基础。[Objectives]In order to better adapt to the technological innovation and the change of talent demand in the fishery industry,the paper explores the cultivation of aquatic artisans talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of Joint-education of industrial colleges.[Methods]Tongwei Industrial College was established through cooperation with Tongwei Shares,a leading aquatic enterprise,to build a high-level platform for industry-university-research education,to reconstruct the curriculum system,to adjust the personnel training mode,and to deeply integrate production and education.[Results]With the five-docking,three-cycle and three-guidance,the school-enterprise collaborative education model significantly improved the quality of talent training and the participation of enterprises.[Conclusions]From the perspective of Joint education in in‐dustrial colleges, deep integration of production and education, collaboration between schools and enterprises, and cultivation of aquatic artisans talents can not only meet the technical and talent needs of the industry, but also promote the close combination of education and industry,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable de‐velopment of the aquatic industry.
