摘  要:近年来,随着超声检查的广泛应用,甲状腺结节检出率越来越高,甲状腺癌的发病率亦呈上升趋势。在临床实践中,超声是甲状腺癌筛查的首选方式,但诊断灵敏度有限。发射型计算机断层扫描在甲状腺癌的临床诊断、分期、治疗疗效和预后评估等方面展现出独特优势。超声和发射型计算机断层扫描技术等新技术的开发应用,可实现多角度评估甲状腺结节的图像特征和分子特征,极大提高了甲状腺癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度,优化了甲状腺癌的临床诊疗。In recent years,with the widespread use of ultrasound examinations,the detection rate of thyroid nodules has been increasing,and the incidence of thyroid cancer is also on the rise.In clinical practice,ultrasound is the preferred method for thyroid cancer screening,but its diagnostic sensitivity is limited.Emission computed tomography scanning has shown unique advantages in the clinical diagnosis,staging,and evaluation of treatment efficacy and prognosis for thyroid cancer.With the development and application of new technologies such as ultrasound and emission computed tomography scanning,it is possible to achieve a multi-angle evaluation of the imaging and molecular features of thyroid nodules,greatly improving the sensitivity and specificity of thyroid cancer diagnosis,and optimizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.
