摘　　要：炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,IMT)是一种较为少见的间充质肿瘤,由大量梭形细胞组成,伴有淋巴细胞、浆细胞等炎性细胞浸润。本文报告发生于腮腺区的1例IMT病例,同时结合相关文献对IMT的病因、临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后进行复习,以提高临床医师对发生于腮腺区IMT的认识。Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT) is a rare mesenchymal tumor composed of a large number of spindle cells with infiltration of inflammatory cells such as lymphocytes and plasma cells.This paper reported a case of IMT in parotid region,and reviewed the etiology,clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of IMT in combination with relevant literature,so as to improve the clinician's understanding of IMT in parotid region.
