摘 要:光时域反射仪(OTDR)是诊断光纤故障点的主要仪器。但在OTDR检测过程中,需要暂停光通信网络中正常的通信业务。通信信号光时域反射系统利用光网络中的通信信号检测故障点,改进了传统OTDR的缺陷。在实验测量中发现,后向瑞利散射和菲涅尔反射的回波信号功率很小。若功率太小,示波器便很难采集到有用的回波信号,将影响对光纤故障点的判断。提出利用相干检测技术增大回波信号功率,结合通信信号相关探测法来检测光纤链路故障点的方案,以达到边通信边检测的目的。仿真结果表明,相干增强后的回波信号功率增大了10倍,可以实现故障点的检测,且检测过程不影响正常通信业务。Optical time-domain reflectometer(OTDR) is the main instrument for diagnosing the fault point of optical fiber.However,normal communication services in the optical communication network need to be suspended during OTDR detection.The communication signal optical time domain reflectometry system uses the communication signal itself to detect the fault point in the optical network to improve the defects of the traditional OTDR.In the experimental measurement,it is found that the echo signal power of Rayleigh scattering and Fresnel reflection is very small.If the power is too small,it will be difficult for the oscilloscope to collect useful echo signals,which will affect the judgment of the fiber fault point.This paper proposes a scheme of using coherent detection technology to increase the echo signal power,combined with the communication signal correlation detection method to detect the fault point of the optical fiber link,so as to achieve the purpose of detection while communicating.The simulation results indicate that the power of the coherent-enhanced echo signal has increased by 10 times,enabling the detection of fault points,and the detection process does not affect normal communication operations.
