摘  要:通过对空中交通阻抗基本要素的解析,参考道路交通BPR(Bureau of Public Road)阻抗函数,提出一种综合考虑起飞机场和降落机场跑道饱和度的空中交通阻抗函数模型以研究空中交通阻抗问题,为空中交通阻抗分析提供新的研究思路。采用南京禄口机场-北京首都机场的航班数据进行拟合分析,对模型参数进行标定。根据有无流量控制分别给出了仅考虑降落机场跑道饱和度模型的拟合结果并进行了参数检验,同时进一步与综合考虑起降机场跑道饱和度模型的拟合优度指标进行对比分析。结果显示:综合模型在无流控情况下精度提升了11.9%,有流控情况下精度提升了16.7%,可以为空中交通管理提供参考。By analyzing the basic elements of air traffic impedance and referring to the road traffic Bureau of Public Road(BPR)impedance function,an air traffic impedance function model was proposed to study the air traffic impedance problem considering the runway saturation of departure and landing airports,which provided a new research idea for air traffic impedance analysis.The flight data of Nanjing Lukou International Airport-Beijing Capital International Airport(ZSNJ-ZBAA)were used for fitting analysis and model parameters calibration.The results of the model only considering the runway saturation of landing airport were presented separately according to the traffic control situation.Furthermore,the parametric tests were conducted,the fitting performance was compared with the model considering the runway saturation of landing airport in terms of its goodness-of-fit index.Comparison shows that the accuracy of the integrated model is improved by 11.9%without flow control and 16.7%with flow control,which can provide a reference for air traffic management.
