摘 要:粉砂质泥岩颗粒强度差异较大,压实质量难以控制。依据结构动力学方法分析压路机振动轮与路基填筑体抗力响应之间的关系,借助现场试验段采集压实过程振动轮振动加速度信号,并进行快速傅里叶变换获取基频振幅和一次谐波振幅,据此得到连续振动压实值(CMV)。对比分析不同振动压实次数下压实度、沉降量和弯沉值与CMV值的相关性。结果表明,随着压实次数的增加,CMV值逐渐增加,与FWD动态弯沉值、压实度及累计沉降量间有良好相关性,据此提出了粉砂质泥岩路基压实的CMV控制值,研究结果有助于粉砂质泥岩路基的连续压实质量控制。The strength of silty mudstone particles varies greatly,and the compaction quality is difficult to control.Based on the structural dynamics method,the relationship between the vibratory wheel of the roller and the resistance response of the subgrade fill body is analyzed.The vibration acceleration signal of the vibratory wheel during the compaction process is collected by the field test section,and the fundamental frequency amplitude and the first harmonic amplitude are obtained by the fast Fourier transform,and the continuous vibration compaction value(CMV)is obtained.The correlations between compaction degree,settlement amount,bending value and CMV value under different vibration compaction times were compared and analyzed.The results show that the CMV value increases gradually with the increase of compaction times,and there is a good correlation between the CMV value and FWD dynamic bending value,compaction degree and accumulated settlement amount.Based on this,the CMV control value of silty mudstone embankment is proposed,and the research results are helpful to the continuous compaction quality control of silty mudstone embankment.
