现实和网络社会支持与网络旁观者保护行为的关系:公正世界信念与道德认同的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持与网络欺凌旁观者保护行为的关系,为保护大学生安全上网提供依据。方法:问卷施测1563名在校大学生,采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、在线社会支持问卷(OSSQ)、网络欺凌中的旁观者行为问卷(BBQC)、公正世界信念量表(BJW)、道德自我认同问卷(MIM)进行调查,进行链式中介作用检验。结果:(1)现实社会支持、网络社会支持、公正世界信念、道德认同和网络旁观者保护行为彼此正相关;(2)中介检验表明公正世界信念在现实社会支持与网络旁观者保护行为之间的中介效应显著,效应值为0.032;道德认同在现实社会支持与网络旁观者保护行为之间、网络社会支持与网络旁观者保护行为之间的中介效应显著,效应值分别为0.047和0.020;公正世界信念和道德认同在现实社会支持与网络旁观者保护行为之间、网络社会支持与网络旁观者保护行为之间的链式中介效应也显著,效应值分别为0.033和0.016。结论:现实社会支持可以通过公正世界信念的中介作用、道德认同的中介作用和公正世界信念与道德认同的链式中介作用正向影响网络旁观者保护行为;网络社会支持可以直接正向影响网络旁观者保护行为,也可以通过道德认同的中介作用和公正世界信念与道德认同的链式中介作用影响网络旁观者保护行为。Objective:To explore the relationship between social support and bystander defending behavior against cyberbullying,providing a foundation for enhancing the online safety of college students.Methods:The data were collected from 1563 college students.Perceived Social SupportScale(PSSS),Online Social Support Questionnaire(OSSQ),Bystander Behavior Questionnaire in Cyberbullying(BBQC),Belief in a Just World Scale(BJW),and Moral Identity Measure(MIM)were used.Results:①Real social support,online social support,belief in a just world,moral identity and bystander defending behavior were positively correlated with each other;②Mediation analysis showed that belief in a just world significantly mediated the relationship between real social support and defending bystander behavior,with effect value of 0.032;Moral identity significantly mediated the relationships between real social support and online bystander intervention behavior,as well as between online social support and defending bystander behavior,with effect values of 0.047 and 0.020,respectively;Belief in a just world and moral identity also showed significant serial mediation effects between real social support and defending bystander behavior,and between online social support and defending bystander behavior,with effect values of 0.033 and 0.016,respectively.Conclusion:Real social support positively influences defending bystander behavior in cyberbullying through the mediating effects of belief in a just world,moral identity,and the chain mediation of belief in a just world and moral identity.Online social support not only directly impacts defending bystander behavior in cyberbullying positively but also influences it through the mediating effects of moral identity and the chain mediation of belief in a just world and moral identity.
