摘  要:目的:探究情绪引导联合反馈式健康教育在口腔癌(OC)患者中的应用效果。方法:选择于2022年6月至2023年6月至某院进行OC治疗的患者120例,随机分为对照组(采用反馈式健康教育进行干预)、观察组(采用情绪引导联合反馈式健康教育)各60例,比较两组患者的负性情绪、心理韧性、自护能力和口腔清洁度。结果:两组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组明显更低(SAS:t=10.538,P<0.05;SDS:t=7.081,P<0.05);两组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)各项分值干预后均升高,且观察组明显更高(乐观:t=5.784,P<0.05;自强:t=7.136,P<0.05;坚韧:t=8.663,P<0.05);两组干预后的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分均有提升,且观察组明显更高(t=18.690,P<0.05);两组干预后口腔清洁度Ⅰ度患者均减少,Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度均增加,且观察组的Ⅰ度患者明显少于对照组,Ⅲ度患者明显更多(Ⅰ度:t=9.219,P=0.002;Ⅱ度:t=0.000,P=1.000;Ⅲ度:t=4.089,P=0.043)。结论:情绪引导联合反馈式健康教育能够有效增强OC患者的心理韧性,提高患者的口腔清洁度。Objective:To explore the effect of emotional guidance combined with feedback health education in patients with oral cancer(OC).Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent OC treatment at our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly separated into a control group(intervention with feedback health education)and an observation group(intervention with emotion guidance combined with feedback health education),with 60 patients in each group.The negative emotions,psychological resilience,self-care ability,and oral cleanliness of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)decreased in both groups,and the observation group had obviously lower scores(SAS:t=10.538,P<0.05;SDS:t=7.081,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)of both groups increased,and the observation group showed obviously higher scores(Optimistic:t=5.784,P<0.05;Self-strengthening:t=7.136,P<0.05;Toughness:t=8.663,P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability scale(ESCA)scores of both groups improved,and the observation group showed obviously higher scores(t=18.690,P<0.05).After intervention,the number of patients with grade I oral cleanliness decreased in both groups,while the numbers of grade II and grade III cleanliness increased,the number of grade I patients in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,and the number of grade III patients was obviously larger(I degree:t=9.219,P=0.002;Ⅱdegree:t=0.000,P=1.000;Ⅲdegree:t=4.089,P=0.043).Conclusion:Emotional guidance combined with feedback based health education can effectively enhance the psychological resilience of OC patients and improve their oral cleanliness.
