新农科视域下农林高校人才培养策略研究

摘　　要：新时代对高等农业教育提出新的挑战,而高等农业教育如何服务于新时代的中国建设,如何培养适应和指导未来农林发展的新人才,都值得深入思考。人才培养是高等院校的重要任务,在新农科建设的背景下,高校需要调整其人才培养策略,以更好地满足新时代的要求。该文从农林高校人才培养现状分析入手,剖析新农业学科背景下农业人才培养中存在的问题,以内蒙古农业大学“一懂两爱”等相关案例,从多个方面阐述农林高校人才培养模式与策略,以期为其他同类高校推进人才教育改革,加速农业农村的现代化,培养多样化、交叉复合型的农林人才提供借鉴。The new era has posed new challenges to higher agricultural education,and it is worth thinking deeply about how higher agricultural education serves the construction of China in the new era and how to train new talents who adapt to and guide the development of agriculture and forestry in the future.Talent training is the most important task of colleges and universities.In the context of the construction of New Agricultural Science,colleges and universities need to adjust their talent training strategies to better meet the requirements of the new era.Starting with the analysis of the current situation of talent training in agricultural and forestry universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in agricultural talent training in the context of the new agricultural discipline;taking the relevant cases of"knowing about agriculture and loving rural areas and rural residents"in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,this paper expounds the talent training model and strategy of agricultural and forestry universities from many aspects,in order to promote the reform of talent education for other similar universities,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and provide reference for training diversified,interdisciplinary and compound talents in agriculture and forestry.
