新时代涉农高校学生耕读教育实施路径探析

摘　　要：新时代涉农高校如何最大限度将耕读教育的育人价值发挥出来,赋予其新的时代内涵与使命值得深思。该文就涉农高校对耕读教育问题进行深入剖析,探索新时代涉农高校耕读教育实施路径,为助力培养更多懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的新时代青年、推进农业农村现代化建设提出建立健全多方协同育人机制、全力打造专业师资团队、合理利用涉农高校校内外资源、多措并举创新活动开展形式等可行性意见。Aiming at the question of how agricultural colleges and universities maximize the educational value of farming-reading education and give it a new connotation and mission in the new era,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems of farming-reading education in agricultural colleges and universities,and explores the implementation path of farming-reading education in agricultural colleges and universities in the new era.In order to help train more young people of the new era who understand agriculture and love rural areas and residents,and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,this paper proposes establishing and improving the mechanism of multi-Party cooperative education,making every effort to build a team of professional teachers,making rational use of resources inside and outside universities related to agriculture,and finally puts feasible suggestions such as taking more measures to carry out innovative activities at the same time.
