摘　　要：开展新时期农科教育,培养涉农本科人才,是涉农地方综合性大学服务乡村振兴战略的关键任务。与普通高校相比,涉农地方综合性大学服务乡村振兴的资源优势更加明显,有利于推进乡村振兴人力资本的开发与应用。该文基于对当前涉农地方综合性大学本科人才培养现状的分析,探讨构建适应乡村振兴需求人才培养体系的策略和方法。研究结果表明,人才培养体系应注重本科生综合素质提升、思想精神引领、实践创新能力等方面,以期培养出更多高素质高水平的现代农业人才,为乡村振兴提供有力的人才支撑。To carry out agricultural education in the new era and train agriculture-related undergraduate talents is the key task of the strategy of agricultural local comprehensive universities to serve rural revitalization.Compared with ordinary universities,the resource advantage of agriculture-related local comprehensive universities in serving rural revitalization is more obvious,which is conducive to promoting the development and application of rural revitalization of human capital.Based on the analysis of the current situation of undergraduate talent training in agricultural local comprehensive universities,this paper discusses the strategies and methods of constructing a talent training system to meet the needs of rural revitalization.The results show that the talent training system should pay attention to the improvement of undergraduate comprehensive quality,ideological and spiritual guidance,practical innovation ability and other aspects,in order to train more high-quality and high-level modern agricultural talents and provide strong talent support for rural revitalization.
