“科技+教育+人才”赋能乡村振兴助力驻地乡村高质量发展——以新疆农业大学驻村工作队乡村振兴工作为例

摘　　要：“科技、教育、人才”是巩固脱贫攻坚成果和推动乡村全面振兴的重要法宝,高校教师及机关干部下派基层驻村工作的举措成为助力乡村高质量发展的金钥匙,为乡村产业发展贡献力量。该文以新疆农业大学驻村工作为例,紧紧围绕高质量发展和推动乡村建设为主线,从科技服务促进特色林果业高质量发展、科技成果赋能畜牧养殖业提质增效、科技培训助力高素质农牧民能力提升、师生团队深入基层实践推动新农村建设、高质量乡村教育赋能乡村振兴及农旅融合助力乡村振兴发展6个方面总结梳理驻村期间系列方法举措和成果,旨在为探索“科技+教育+人才”赋能乡村振兴助力驻地乡村高质量发展奠定基础。"Science and technology,education,and talents"are three essential magic weapons for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting the all-round revitalization of rural areas.The measure of university teachers and government cadres stationed in rural areas at the grass-roots levels has become the golden key to promoting the high-quality development of rural areas and contributed to the development of rural industries.With the village-based work of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,by revolving around high-quality development and promotion of rural construction,this paper summarizes a series of methods,measures and achievements concerning rural work in six aspects,i.e.scientific and technological service promoting the high-quality development of specialty forest and fruit industry;scientific and technological achievements improving the quality and efficiency of animal husbandry;scientific and technological training helping improve the ability of high-quality farmers and herdsmen;the team of teachers and students going down to grass-roots areasfor promoting the construction of a new rural area;high-quality rural education empowering rural revitalization;and the integration of agriculture and tourism facilitating rural revitalization.The purpose of this paper is to lay a foundation for exploring the path of"science and technology+education+talents"empowering rural revitalization,so as to promote the high-quality development of the rural areas.
