摘　　要：通过调研电子类企业招聘岗位的分布情况及其对专业能力的具体需求情况,进而基于产教精准对接培育应用型人才的现实要求,有针对性地加强电子类专业学生在校期间的理论知识学习和应用能力培养。以此提高教与学、学与用的适配性,为学生稳妥就业并不断拓展职业发展的空间和维度提供有力支撑。By investigating the distribution of recruitment posts in electronic enterprises and their specific requirements for professional competence,and then based on the practical requirements of training application-oriented talents through the precise connection between industry and education,the paper strengthens the application ability of electronic students during the school period,in order to improve the teaching and learning,learning and use of the adaptability for students to secure employment and continue to expand the space and dimensions of career development to provide a strong support.
