摘　　要：该文构建多学科交叉实践专业知识的创新思维培养模式研究,教-赛-科互促的研究生创业培养模式研究以及面向“引领共创”的专项创业引导培养模式研究,从而强化实践学习的重要性,完善现有研究生培养体系,将知识转化成生产力和科技力,将研究生培养由学术型人才向创新创业型人才转化,构建思政创新创业研究生人才为指向的现代高等教育模式,形成具有新工科特点的“思政融入-知识实践-教研孪生-师生双创”的研究生培养体系,为振兴民族经济贡献力量。This article constructs a research on innovative thinking cultivation mode for interdisciplinary practical professional knowledge,a research on graduate entrepreneurship cultivation mode that promotes teaching,competition,and science,as well as a research on specialized entrepreneurship guidance cultivation mode for"leading and co-creating",in order to strengthen the importance of practical learning,improve the existing graduate cultivation system,transform knowledge into productivity and technological strength,and transform graduate cultivation from academic talents to innovative and entrepreneurial talents,build a modern higher education model with ideological and political innovation and entrepreneurship as the orientation of graduate talents,form a graduate training system with new engineering characteristics of"ideological and political integration-knowledge practice-teaching and research twins-teachers and students'innovation",and contribute to the revitalization of the national economy.
