新农科背景下多学科协同培养创新型人才路径研究——基于山东农业工程学院人才培养的实践

摘　　要：提升创新意识、创新思维和创新能力是提高大学生综合素质的重要要求,也是当前国家社会、经济和科技发展的需求,而创新是主体自觉的认知和实践活动,本身具有多元、综合的内涵,从多学科视角进行创新培养和评价是创新的本质要求。针对目前对创新能力培养的不足,遵循大学生知识和能力成长规律,设计了“12222”的多学科协同教育教学机制,强化基础理论课程核心地位,分阶段加强创新意识和创新思维训练,专业内、跨专业进行多学科的课程整合,突出创新类课程中心地位。建立不同层次的、递进式发展的创新实践平台和学术交流平台,扩大学生学术视野。构建多维度的学生自我评学和创新能力的评价体系,提升学习和创新活动的主动性。完善相应的保障机制,确保学生创新能力的实际提升。由此,希望该工作对促进学生创新能力的提高起到积极作用。The improvement of innovative consciousness,thinking and ability is an important requirement to promote the comprehensive quality of college students,and it is also the demand of the current national social,economic and technological development.Innovation is the subjective cognitive and practical activity,which has diverse and comprehensive connotations.It is the essential requirement of innovation to train and evaluate innovation from the perspective of multi-discipline.Now,based on the deficiency of cultivating innovative ability,the"12222"multi-disciplinary collaborative education and teaching mechanism is designed,according on the law of knowledge and ability growth of college students,and the core position of basic theory courses is strengthened,and the training of innovative consciousness and innovative thinking is promoted by stages,and the integration of multidisciplinary courses within and across majors is carried out,too,and the center position of innovative courses is highlighted.The innovative practice platforms and academic exchange platforms of different levels and progressive development are established to expand students'academic horizons.A multi-dimensional evaluation system of students'self-evaluation and innovation ability is constructed to enhance their initiative in learning and innovation activities.The corresponding guarantee mechanism is improved to ensure the actual improvement of students'innovation ability.Therefore,it is hoped that this work will play a positive role in promoting students'innovative thinking ability.
