摘  要:采用自动调平方式是有效解决现有公路架桥机横移轨道人工调平时安全风险高、劳动强度大、可控性差的有效途径。基于桥梁架设现场的复杂工况,文中进行了自动调平系统解决方案的分析和针对性设计,并针对危险工况进行分析计算,完成研制后在现场开展了一系列试验与记录。实验结果表明:自动调平系统与目前人工调平的方案相比,能有效解决人工调平时风险高、效率低、可感知和可控性差的问题。Adopting automatic leveling method is an effective method to effectively solve the problems such as high safety risk,high labor intensity and poor controllability in manual leveling of transverse track of existing highway bridge girder erection machine.Based on the complex working conditions of the bridge erection site,the automatic leveling system solution was analyzed and designed,and the analysis and calculation were carried out based on different dangerous working conditions.After the development,a series of tests were carried out at the site.Test results show that compared with the current manual leveling proposal,the automatic leveling system can effectively solve the problems of high risk,low efficiency,poor perception and controllability in manual leveling.
