摘　　要：随着减隔震技术的发展,黏滞阻尼器作为一种减震产品,其应用环境日趋复杂,为了保证产品的性能要求,把好产品应用前的质量关,就变得尤为重要。文中针对目前国内相关检测机构在黏滞阻尼器产品试验方法上的不透明、不统一等诸多问题,在多年来自身试验、经验积累的基础上,总结分析出了此类产品试验方法和数据处理分析的关键步骤与需要注意的细节,并在实际的试验工作中得到了很好的应用和改进。With the development of seismic damping and isolation technology,Viscous Fluid Dampers(VFD),as a seismic damping product,have become increasingly widespread in buildings,and their working environment has become increasingly complicated.In order to ensure that the mechanical properties of VFD is consistent with design,it has become particularly important to inspect the mechanical properties for VFD product before installation.Nowadays,testing methods for VFD were ambiguous,according to domestic inspection bodies.In this paper,a brief method of mechanical properties inspection and data processing for VFD was proposed based on years of testing and experience accumulation.Key steps and details in testing and data processing ware summerized and analyzed by certain products.the method has been well applied and improved in practical testing work.
