摘 要:钢轨作为与列车直接接触部分,在列车动荷载作用下,容易产生钢轨磨损,文章从钢轨磨损机理出发,探讨了利用对钢轨廓形进行优化设计,再通过打磨成设计的目标廓形,来解决减少钢轨磨损、提升轨道整体性能的方法。详细阐述了从钢轨廓形测量开始,对测量后钢轨廓形进行拟合出该线路段的钢轨代表廓形,用钢轨代表廓形与车轮踏面廓形进行耦合分析,得出打磨目标廓形,利用打磨车等设备按照打磨目标廓形进行打磨,最终得到良好的钢轨廓形。以武广铁路某段的实际案例验证了上述方法的有效性,通过打磨前后对比,钢轨GQI指数显著提升,证明了优化钢轨廓形能有效改善轮轨接触,达到既定的维护标准。As the direct contact part with the train,the steel rail is prone to wear under the dynamic load of the train.Starting from the mechanism of steel rail wear,this article explores the method of optimizing the design of the steel rail profile,and then polishing it into the designed target profile to solve the problem of reducing steel rail wear and improving the overall performance of the track.Starting from the measurement of steel rail profile,the representative profile of the steel rail in the section of the line is fitted by fitting the measured steel rail profile.The coupling analysis between the representative profile of the steel rail and the profile of the wheel tread is carried out to obtain the polishing target profile.The polishing vehicle and other equipment are used to polish according to the polishing target profile,and finally a good steel rail profile is obtained.The effectiveness of the above method was verified through an actual case study of a section of the Wuhan Guangzhou Railway.By comparing before and after polishing,the GQI index of the steel rail was significantly improved,proving that optimizing the steel rail profile can effectively improve wheel rail contact and achieve the established maintenance standards.
