摘  要:从严从实加强纪检精准监督,对于从源头遏制干部选拔任用的不正之风至关重要。本文从分析研究公立医院纪委加强中层干部选用纪检监督面临的问题和制约因素入手,提出加强思想保障、健全监督机制、强化监督力量、拓展创新监督渠道和方式,以及找准监督靶向等对策建议,探索提升纪检监督质效的优化路径。Strengthening precise disciplinary supervision is crucial for curbing improper practices in the selection and appointment of cadres from the source.This paper analyzes the problems and constraints faced by the disciplinary committee of public hospitals in strengthening the supervision of middle management selection and appointment.It proposes strategies to enhance ideological support,improve supervision mechanisms,strengthen supervisory forces,expand innovative supervision channels and methods,and accurately target supervision,exploring optimization paths to improve the quality and efficiency of disciplinary supervision.
