摘 要:通过化学方法与物理方法改善聚乙烯性能,使其拥有更具优势、更优异的力学性能,从而实现在体育器材领域的广泛应用。二步法硅烷交联改性工艺,不仅可促使改性聚乙烯内部呈现三维网状结构,还可有效改进材料综合力学性能。概述了聚乙烯硅烷交联改性工艺,以二步法工艺为例制备了体育器材领域用改性聚乙烯,进而详细分析了改性聚乙烯在体育器材领域的实际应用。It is necessary to optimize the modification of polyethylene,improve its heat resistance through chemical and physical methods,so that it can have more advantages and better mechanical properties,so as to achieve a wide range of applications in the field of sports equipment.At present,the most commonly used polyethylene modification process is cross-linking modification,especially the two-step silane cross-linking modification process,which can not only promote the modified polyethylene to present a three-dimensional network structure,but effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of materials.Based on this,the silane crosslinking modification process of polyethylene is briefly summarized,and the modified polyethylene used in sports equipment field is prepared by its two-step process,and then the practical application of the modified polyethylene in sports equipment field is analyzed in detail.
