阳明多气多血理论指导临床辨治的应用探析

摘　　要：阳明多气多血是中医指导临床诸多疾病辨治的经典理论,但尚缺乏对阳明多气多血理论的全面阐释。阳明为水谷之海,化生和汇聚气血,通过十二经将气血敷布全身,具有外灌肢节、内养脏腑、上荣头面、下充胞宫的生理功能。阳明的生理特性导致其易化生热证、扰乱神明、耗气伤阴。临床可基于阳明多气多血理论辨治相关病证,比如热证中的气血两燔、肺胃热盛、胃肠积热等,神志病变中的狂病、痴呆等,内伤疾病中的痿证、消渴病等。本文梳理了阳明多气多血的理论渊源、濡养功能、化热特点、临床应用,对于该理论的深入理解和应用具有重要意义。The theory that Yangming Meridian is more Qi and blood is a classic theory of Chinese medicine to guide the clinical treatment of many diseases,but there is a lack of comprehensive interpretation of the theory of Yangming Meridian is more Qi and blood.Yangming is the place that food digested,generating and converging Qi and blood,spreading Qi and blood throughout the body through the twelve meridians,with the physiological functions of externally irrigating the limbs and joints,internally nourishing the internal organs,glorifying the head and face,and filling the uterus.The physiological characteristics of Yangming lead to its easy to generate heat,disturbing the divine,exhausting the Qi and injuring the Yin.Clinical Based on the theory of Yangming’s more Qi and blood,we could recognize and treat related illnesses,such as Qi and blood burntness,lung and stomach heat,and gastrointestinal heat accumulation in fever,madness and dementia in mental illness,and Limb weakness and diabetes in internal injury diseases.This paper combs through the theoretical origin,physiological function,pathological characteristics,and clinical application of Yangming’s more Qi and blood,which is of great significance for the in-depth understanding and application of this theory.
