摘　　要：恶性肿瘤转移到阑尾的情况很少见,通常因出现急性阑尾炎或无明显症状而被意外发现确诊。文献报道中阑尾转移的原发肿瘤来源包括卵巢、结肠、胃和肺。本例患者因恶心和逐渐加重的右下腹痛被诊断为急性阑尾炎,并接受了腹腔镜阑尾切除术,术后病理结果证实为肺腺癌转移至阑尾。Metastasis of malignant tumors to the appendix is rare and is usually diagnosed by accident with acute appendicitis or asymptomatic.Metastases to the appendix have been reported from a number of primary tumor sites including ovary,colon,stomach and lung.The patient presented with nausea and gradually worsening right lower quadrant abdominal pain and was diagnosed with acute appendicitis,and underwent laparoscopic appendectomy.The postoperative pathological findings showed appendiceal metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.
