摘　　要：早期非小细胞肺癌特别是Ⅱ-Ⅲ期患者接受外科治疗仍有相当一部分不能达到根治,需要采用多学科治疗手段。过去的10年,免疫治疗改变了晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗现状,也进一步拓展至围手术期治疗领域,并取得了巨大成功。本文阐述了非小细胞肺癌围手术期免疫治疗的发展现状,并对存在的问题及未来发展方向进行探讨。A significant proportion of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients,especially in stageⅡ-Ⅲ,are still not cured by surgical treatment and require multi-disciplinary therapeutic approaches.Over the past decade,immunotherapy transformed the treatment of advanced NSCLC and further expanded into the field of perioperative treatment with great success.This article reviews the current status of perioperative immunotherapy for NSCLC and discusses the existing problems and directions for future development.
