摘　　要：晚期妇科恶性肿瘤治疗手段有限,患者预后差。免疫治疗是当前肿瘤治疗中的新兴治疗方法,免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)已广泛应用于多种肿瘤的治疗。在妇科肿瘤中ICI取得了一定的临床研究效果及证据,已有多种ICI获批用于妇科肿瘤的临床治疗。本文对ICI在妇科恶性肿瘤领域中最新的临床研究结果进行整理与分析。The treatment of advanced gynecological malignant tumors is limited,and the prognosis of patients is poor.Immunotherapy is an emerging tumor treatment method and immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)have been widely used in the treatment of various tumors.In gynecological tumors,ICI have achieved certain clinical therapeutic effect and evidence,and some of them have been approved for the clinical treatment.This article mainly reviews the latest clinical research of ICI in the field of gynecological malignant tumors.
