香砂六君子汤加减联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究香砂六君子汤加减联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年9月大田县总医院收治的129例慢性胃炎患者进行分组研究,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=64)、研究组(n=65)。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑,研究组在对照组基础上给予香砂六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、用药不良反应、中医症候积分、C反应蛋白水平、胃动力。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组胃脘痛、反酸、痞胀等中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组胃排空时间短于对照组,胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤加减联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎的效果显著,可改善中医症候积分、C反应蛋白水平及胃动力,且不增加用药不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Method:A total of 129 patients with chronic gastritis were selected in Datian General Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 for grouping study.The patients were divided into control group(n=64)and study group(n=65)by random number table method.Both groups used with routine treatment.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the study group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse drug reaction,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,C-reactive protein level and gastric motility were compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,acid reflux,bloating of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the frequency of gastric antrum contraction and amplitude of gastric antrum contraction were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Omeprazole has a remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which can improve traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,C-reactive protein level and gastric motility,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
