血府逐瘀汤联合西医化疗对气滞血瘀证晚期子宫颈癌患者近期疗效及生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合西医化疗对气滞血瘀证晚期子宫颈癌患者近期疗效及生存期的影响。方法:选择2018年5月—2021年5月在海安市中医院接受治疗的84例晚期子宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,各42例。对照组接受西医化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组整体疗效、中医症候积分值、治疗安全性、生存情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的7.14%,但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后平均生存时间为(28.45±5.67)个月,长于对照组的(20.92±4.91)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示,观察组治疗后生存情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合西医化疗可提升气滞血瘀证晚期子宫颈癌患者的近期治疗有效率、优化治疗后生存情况,是一种安全有效的中西医结合治疗方案。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western chemotherapy on the shortterm curative effect and survival time of advanced cervical cancer patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome.Method:A total of 84 patients with advanced cervical cancer who received treatment in Hai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received western chemotherapy,and the observation group was combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The overall efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,treatment safety and survival of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 7.14%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The average survival time of the observation group was(28.45±5.67)months,which was longer than(20.92±4.91)months of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the survival of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western chemotherapy can improve the short-term treatment efficiency of advanced cervical cancer patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome,optimize the survival situation after treatment,which is a safe and effective treatment plan of i
