摘 要:本文构建了测定小分子化合物美洲大蠊氨基小分子肽的新方法。以金属有机框架(Metal Organic Frame-works,MOFs)材料UIO-66-OH为基质,与传统的基质进行比较,成功地检测出无背景干扰的美洲大蠊氨基小分子肽。在此基础上,设计了一种新的快速检测美洲大蠊氨基小分子肽的SALDI-MS方法。由于UIO-66-OH能消除生物样品中内源性大分子物质的干扰,并对美洲大蠊氨基小分子肽LTAPGL-NH_(2)有很强的富集作用,UIO-66-OH-SALDI-MS方法已成功应用于血浆实际样品中LTAPGL-NH_(2)的测定。A new method for the determination of amino small molecule peptides of Periplaneta Americana was established.The amino small molecule peptides of Periplaneta Americana without background interference were successfully detected by comparing with traditional substrates using only metal-organic framework material UIO-66-OH.In this study,a new method was developed for rapid detection of amino small molecule peptides in Periplaneta Americana using surface-assist-ed laser desorption ionization-mass spectrometry(SALDI-MS).Since UIO-66-OH can eliminate the interference of endog-enous macromolecules in biological samples and has a strong enrichment effect on the amino small molecule peptide LTAP-GL-NH_(2),of Periattella Americana,the UIO-66-OH-SALDL-MS method has been successfully applied to the determina-tion of LTAPGL-NH_(2),in actual plasma samples.
