热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法对C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病的临床对比

摘　　要：目的:探究热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法对C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果差异。方法:选择天津市黄河医院(天津市体育医院)口腔科2021年3月~2022年12月收治的82例C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者开展研究,按照不同充填加压法分为对照组(采用热牙胶垂直加压法)、试验组(采用iRoot SP冷侧压法),各41例,对比临床疗效,包括充填效果、疼痛症状、牙周组织状态、不良反应、复发情况等。结果:治疗后,两组充填效果差异无显著性(P>0.05);试验组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、出血指数(BI)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)较对照组低,对比差异显著(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率、复发率低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:热牙胶垂直加压法、iRoot SP冷侧压法均可提高C型根管充填效果,尤其是iRoot SP冷侧压法,利于减轻牙体牙髓病患者疼痛症状,改善牙周组织,且不良反应少,复发率低。Objective:To explore the difference in clinical effects between hot gutta-percha vertical pressure method and iRoot SP cold lateral pressure method for C-type root canal filling in the treatment of endodontic disease.Methods:A study was conducted on 82 patients with C-type root canal filling treatment for dental pulp disease admitted to the Stomatology Department of Tianjin Huanghe Hospital(Tianjin Sports Hospital)from March 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into a control group(using hot gum vertical pressure method)and an experimental group(using iRoot SP cold lateral pressure method)according to different filling pressure methods,with 41 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy was compared,including filling effect,pain symptoms,periodontal tissue status,adverse reactions,and recurrence.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in filling effect between the two groups(P>0.05);The experimental group had lower pain numerical score(NRS),bleeding index(BI),gingival index(GI),and plaque index(PLI)compared to the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence and recurrence rates of adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the hot gutta-percha vertical pressure method and the iRoot SP cold lateral pressure method can improve the C-type root canal filling effect,especially the iRoot SP cold lateral pressure method,which is beneficial to reducing the pain symptoms of patients with endodontic diseases and improving periodontal tissue.It has few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.
