癫痫诊断与病灶分析中视频脑电图和常规脑电图检查的作用

摘  要:目的:统计分析视频脑电图和常规脑电图检查在癫痫诊断与病灶分析中的临床价值。方法:以2020年1月~2021年12月时段为基础进行数据统计工作,期间入院的80例疑似癫痫患者为研究对象,分别开展视频脑电图和常规脑电图检查,对两种方法的检查情况和患者舒适度进行比较。结果:视频脑电图检查的发作期异常放电率、异常放电率、癫痫样放电检出率及临床发作检出率数据高于常规脑电图技术,差异明显(P<0.05);两种检查方法的非典型强直发作、良性肌阵挛、良性非癫痫样婴儿痉挛检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);视频脑电图的检查舒适度高于常规脑电图技术,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫诊断与病灶分析中应用视频脑电图检查技术,能够保证检查结果的准确性,临床应用价值更高。Objective:To statistically analyze the clinical value of video EEG and routine EEG examination in the diagnosis and lesion analysis of epilepsy.Methods:Based on the data from January 2020 to December 2021,statistical work was conducted on 80 suspected epilepsy patients admitted during the period.Video EEG and routine EEG examinations were conducted separately,and the examination results and patient comfort were compared between the two methods.Results:The abnormal discharge rate,abnormal discharge rate,epileptic discharge detection rate,and clinical seizure detection rate of video EEG examination were higher than those of conventional EEG techniques,with significant differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rates of atypical tonic seizures,benign myoclonus,and benign non epileptic infantile spasms between the two examination methods(P>0.05);The comfort level of video EEG examination was higher than that of conventional EEG techniques,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of video EEG examination technology in the diagnosis and analysis of epilepsy can ensure the accuracy of the examination results,and has higher clinical application value.
