复方斑蝥胶囊联合调强放疗对直肠癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方斑蝥胶囊联合调强放疗对直肠癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法采取随机数字表法将87例直肠癌患者分为对照组(n=43,调强放疗)和研究组(n=44,复方斑蝥胶囊联合调强放疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))、生活质量[卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分]及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的疾病控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于本组治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于本组治疗前,研究组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者KPS评分均高于本组治疗前,研究组患者KPS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论复方斑蝥胶囊联合调强放疗治疗直肠癌患者,不仅可提高临床疗效和生活质量,还可改善免疫功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of compound Banmao capsule combined with intensity-modulated radio-therapy on immune function and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer.Method A total of 87 patients with rectal cancer were divided into control group(n=43,intensity-modulated radiotherapy)and study group(n=44,compound Ban-mao capsule combined with intensity-modulated radiotherapy)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,im-mune function indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+),quality of life[Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score]and the occur-rence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The disease control rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lev-els of CD3+and CD4+in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,the KPS scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the KPS score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Com-pound Banmao capsule combined with intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer patients not on-ly can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life,but also can improve immune function,and has high safety.
