隐喻、意象与疗愈:陆游诗疾病书写的心史意义与自疗意识

摘　　要：超越于病理意义,陆游诗歌的疾病书写还具备心理学、文化学等价值,可视作其心灵史自述。他常借疾病的“隐喻”揭示自己具体的生活困境与生命忧思,表达对某些不容于世的性格特质的自我价值判断,以及自己长期遭谗的忧畏与压抑状态。陆诗的疾病意象如“病骥”“病马”表面上贴合其罢黜境况,内里却隐指“不平则鸣”的抗争精神;“病相如”意象关联“壮志未酬”等传统意涵,也带有贫乏、自闭等自我写照的特点;“病维摩”意象则含有超越现实与关怀苍生的双重内涵。在长期抗疾体验中,陆游极其重视创作、阅读、吟诵等“文学疗愈”功能,这些方法不仅具有悠久的文化传统,也为观照某些现代医学理论提供了古典“范本”。Beyond the meaning of pathology,the writing of disease in Lu you's poems also has the value of psychology,culture and so on,they can be seen as self-statements of the author's spiritual history.He often used the metaphor of disease to reveal his own specific difficulties and worries about life,or to express his self-value judgment on some characteristics that were not accepted by the times and the fear and depression of having been maligned for a long time.The images of disease in Lu you's poems,such as“sick horse”,fit the situation of his relegation and working condition on the surface,its inside but implicitly refers to the“injustice provokes outcry”fighting spirit.The image of“sick Sima Xiangru”is not only associated with the meaning of“unfulfilled ambition”,but also undoubtedly bears the characteristics of the author,such as poverty and self-seclusion.while"Sick Vimalakirti"contains the double connotation of surmounting reality and caring for the common people.In the long-term anti-disease experience,Lu You attached great importance to the functions of“literary healing”such as creation,reading and reciting,these methods not only have a long cultural tradition,but also provide a classical“sample”for testing some modern medical theories.
