摘  要:本文研究了皮肤的新陈代谢对手指皱纹特征的影响,旨在探究在表皮更替时间内手指皱纹特征是否具有短期组织稳定性,并对手指皱纹特征的鉴定价值和鉴定风险进行分析。本文利用高倍率数码显微镜针对20名实验对象的462处皱纹特征进行一个月的连续观察、标记,对其长度和相对位置进行数据测量并计算其变异系数以分析手指皱纹特征的稳定性。结果表明,在表皮更替时间内,约82.47%的皱纹特征形态具有较强的稳定性,12.77%的皱纹特征形态发生小幅度变化,4.76%的皱纹特征形态发生明显变化;脱皮过程中皱纹特征极不稳定;绝大多数皱纹特征形成路径为直线状,其相对位置较为稳定。本文研究成果是对手指皱纹特征基础理论的有益补充,可帮助检验人员加深对手指皱纹特征鉴定价值和鉴定风险的了解。Fingerprint is the main morphological area on the finger,which plays an important role in daily life.Fingerprint crease is an obvious feature of non-cutaneous ridge configuration andflexor fold in dermatology.It is also calledfingerprint white lines by many scholars because the white stripes can interrupt the normal friction ridge in different directions in thefingerprinting.Due to the characteristics offingerprint crease features had obvious morphological structure and widely exist in the population,while its formation and performance are affected by a variety of factors,finger crease features have gradually entered the vision of researchers at home and abroad in thefield of forensic science.To explore the stability and variation offingerprint crease features is the basic premise of applyingfinger crease features tofingerprint identification,but there are few basic theoretical studies onfinger crease features at present.In this paper,the influence of skin metabolism on thefinger crease features was studied,aiming to explore whether thefinger crease features have short-term tissue stability during the time of epidermal replacement,and to analyze the identification value and risk offinger crease features.A high magnification digital microscope was used to observe and mark the features of 462finger crease features in 20 samples for a month.The length and relative position were measured and the coefficient of variation was calculated to analyze the stability offinger crease features.The results showed that about 82%of creases had strong stability,12%had small changes,and 5%had obvious changes during skin replacement time.Thefinger crease features were extremely unstable during the desquamation of skin.Mostfinger crease features form linear trajectories and their relative positions were stable.Therefore,the characteristics of finger crease are both variable and relatively stable.Its application infingerprint identification has some limitations,but its important value infingerprint identification cannot be ignored.If
