摘  要:德育政策是公共政策的构成部分,对德育政策进行话语分析,可以充分揭示德育政策的演化机制、价值证成与话语效力。基于对21世纪以来我国的德育政策文本分析可以发现,我国德育政策存在多元话语主体参与不足、政策议题拥挤繁杂、合理性论证结构失衡以及政策效用发挥不理想等问题。未来的德育政策,需要加强多元话语主体之间的有效沟通、完善德育政策议题生成的演化路径、强化德育政策的本体性价值与法律的合法性论证并着力提升德育政策的话语权威。Moral education policy is a component of public policy.Discourse analysis of moral education policy can fully reveal the evolution mechanism,value proof and discourse effectiveness of moral education policy.Based on the analysis of moral education policy texts of China since the 21st century,it can be found that there are some problems in moral education policy,such as insufficient participation of multiple discourse subjects,crowded and complicated policy issues,unbalanced rationality argumentation structure and unsatisfactory policy effectiveness.To better design the moral education in future.it is necessary to strengthen the effective communication between multiple discourse subjects,improve the evolution path of moral education policy issues,strengthen the ontological value of moral education policy and legal legitimacy demonstration,and strive to enhance the discourse authority of moral education policy.
