摘　　要：为满足工程胎的小批量生产需求,青岛软控机电工程有限公司研发生产的钢丝帘布挤出敷胶裁断一体机生产线,可实现钢丝帘布的在线挤出、敷胶、裁断,完成小角度带束层、90°胎体帘布及0°带束层的一体化生产,产能能够满足工程胎、农子胎的小批量生产需求,可极大的减少设备占地面积,降低设备成本投入。In order to meet the small batch production needs of engineering tires,Qingdao MESNAC has developed a steel wire curtain extrusion and cutting integrated machine production line,which can realize online extrusion,apply adhesive,and cutting of steel wire curtain;It can complete the integrated production of small angle belt layer,90° carcass ply,and 0 ° belt layer;Its production capacity can meet the small-scale production needs of engineering tires and agricultural tires,greatly reducing equipment footprint and lowering equipment cost investment.
