摘　　要：全国硕士研究生统一招生考试是国家选拔高层次人才的重要途径,其中复试阶段是体现招生单位招生自主权和人才选拔质量的关键过程。临床医学专业学位硕士生统考复试以考核考生的创新能力、实践能力等综合素质为目标,其选拔质量直接影响临床医学研究生的培养质量。选拔过程公平公正是保证结果真实有效的重要基础,分析影响临床医学专业学位硕士统考复试结果的公平性因素,包括复试专家组的主观因素、初试成绩占比过高、复试内容与初试相似、考核内容过于冷门等,并针对这些因素从考核内容及评分标准、复试专家组成员选拔、监督和巡视制度、成绩占比等六个方面提出了相应的改善措施,以期保证临床医学专业学位硕士统考复试的公平公正及选拔质量。The National Unified Entrance Examination for Postgraduate is an important way for the country to select high-level talents,and the interview is a critical process that reflects the enrollment autonomy of the enrollment unit and the quality of talent selection.The interview of the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate in clinical medicine aims to assess the comprehensive qualities such as innovation ability and practical ability of the candidates,which will directly affect the cultivation quality of postgraduates in clinical medicine.Fairness and impartiality in the selection process are important foundations for ensuring the authenticity and effectiveness of the results.This article analyzed the factors affecting the fairness of the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate in clinical medicine,including subjective opinions of experts during interview,a high proportion of the preliminary examination results in the total score,similar content between the interview and the preliminary examination,and the uncommon examination content.In order to improve the fairness and selection quality of the interview of the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate in clinical medicine,corresponding improvement measures are proposed from six aspects,such as assessment content,scoring standards,selection of members of the expert group,supervision and inspection system,score proportion of different stages and so on.
