摘　　要：校企合作是培养高技能人才的关键举措。地方本科高校承担着培养应用型本科人才的重要职能,应充分运用好校企合作这个重要抓手。立足于地方本科高校新疆农业大学实际,分析开展校企合作的必要性,并针对校企合作存在的问题,探索构建了以培养高素质应用型人才为目标的联盟协同合作共享机制、校企双方的共同利益驱动机制、专业技能人才共育机制、“双师型”教师队伍共培机制、实习实践基地共建机制、社会服务共赢机制的运行机制。University-enterprise cooperation is a crucial initiative to cultivate talents.Local provincial universities bear the important function of cultivating applied talents,and should make full use of the important approach of university-enterprise cooperation.Taking Xinjiang Agricultural University,a local provincial university,as an example,the study analyzes the necessity and problems of university-enterprise cooperation,and proposes that to cultivate high-quality application-oriented skilled talents,a cooperative and sharing mechanism of alliance,a common interest-driven mechanism of university-enterprise,a mechanism of co-education of professional skilled talents,a mechanism of“dual-teacher”teachers,a mechanism of co-construction of practice bases,and a mechanism of win-win social services should be established.
