摘　　要：提高职业教育适应性,深化产教融合、校企合作,开展职业技能等级证书制度已经成为高等职业教育人才培养发展方向。以生态环保技术专业为例,探讨“校企双元、课岗融通”人才培养模式的创新与实践,并在产教融合背景下,架构适合区域产业发展需求的课程体系,开展“1+X”证书试点,优化课程结构及内容,有效提高人才培养质量,培养符合企业需求的高素质人才。Improving the adaptability of vocational education,deepening the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,and carrying out the vocational skill level certificate system has become the development direction of talent training in higher vocational education.In this paper,taking the ecological environmental protection technology specialty as an example,the innovation and practice of the talent training mode of“school-enterprise cooperation and course-post integration”are discussed,a curriculum system suitable for the needs of regional industrial development under the background of the integration of industry and education is constructed,the pilot of“1+X”certificate is carried out,to optimize the curriculum structure and content,effectively improve the quality of talent training and train high-quality talents for the needs of enterprises.
