摘  要:系统阐述了碳量子点(CDs)调节光合作用的机理及其促进碳水化合物积累的应用,分别从CDs调控光合作用增加叶绿素含量、加速电子传递、提高Rubisco酶活性3个方面进行了总结。CDs的应用可促进植物叶绿素的合成并提高植物对光能的捕获能力,加速光合电子的传递速率,进而加快光合作用中光能向活跃的化学能转化;同时可以增加光合作用暗反应中Rubisco酶活性促进碳水化合物的积累。概括了CDs调控光合作用促进植物生长的研究进展,为今后CDs在生物固碳领域的应用提供理论依据。The mechanism of carbon quantum dots(CDs)regulating photosynthesis and its application in promoting carbohydrate accumulation are systematically reviewed.The regulation of photosynthesis by CDs can increase chlorophyll content,accelerate electron transfer,and increase Rubisco enzyme activity.The application of CDs can promote the synthesis of plant chlorophyll,improve the ability of plants to capture light energy,accelerate the transfer rate of photosynthetic electrons,and then accelerate the transformation of light energy into active chemical energy in photosynthesis.Concurrently,it can enhance the activity of Rubisco enzyme in the dark reaction of photosynthesis,thereby facilitating the accumulation of carbohydrates.The research progress on CDs regulated photosynthesis to promote plant growth are summarized,providing a theoretical basis for the future application of CDs in the field of biological carbon sequestration.
