摘 要:针对LF工序工业机器人加料操作可靠性差、加料作业耗时长、备料数量不足等问题,改进了机器人系统的设备组成,优化了设备功能,增加了炉前自动加入合金功能,采取上述措施后,提高了LF工序工业机器人加料操作的可靠性,提高了备料数量,LF加料耗时由10 min降至2.5 min,完全满足LF工艺要求,实现了工业机器人智能装备在钢铁企业生产线上的成功应用。In view of the problems such as poor reliability of charging operations,long time spending on material-charging operations and insufficient quantity of getting materials ready in terms of the LF process by industrial robots,these measures such as improving the equipment composition of the robot,optimizing the equipment function and adding the function of automatically feeding alloys before charged into the furnace were taken.After taking above measures,the reliability of charging operations by industrial robots during the LF process was improved,and the quantity of getting materials ready for prodction was increased.And thus the charging time for LF was reduced from 10 min to 2.5 min,which completely met the requirements by LF process and the intelligent equipment for industrial robots was successfully applied onto the production lines of iron and steel enterprises.
