摘  要:微藻富含蛋白质、氨基酸、多不饱和脂肪酸、维生素和矿物质等营养成分及类胡萝卜素、叶绿素、藻胆蛋白、藻多糖等活性物质,具有营养和益生双重效果。此外,还具有繁殖速度快、对环境的耐受性强、易于进行大规模培养等优点。水产饲料中添加适量微藻产品可促进动物生长、提高消化能力、增强抗病力和改善肌肉品质等。本文综述了微藻的营养价值、对水产动物的影响及其应用制约因素,以期为微藻产品在水产饲料中的应用提供参考。Microalgae are rich in protein,polyunsaturated fatty acids,carbohydrates,minerals,vitamins and other nutrients as well as chlorophyll,carotenoids,phycobilin,polysaccharides and other physiological active substances.In addition,it has the advantages of fast reproduction speed,strong tolerance to the environment,and easy cultivation on a large scale.Adding microalgae to aquatic feed can promote the growth of animals,improve digestive ability,improve disease resistance and muscle quality.The nutritional value of microalgae and its research and application in aquatic feed were reviewed in this paper,aimed to provide scientific reference for the application of microalgae products in aquatic feed.
