益胃生津行气汤联合内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗早期胃癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析益胃生津行气汤联合内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)治疗早期胃癌的疗效。方法:选取98例胃癌患者并采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(49例,接受ESD治疗)和观察组(49例,在对照组基础上增加益胃生津行气汤治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症候积分、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平。结果:观察组患者总有效率及各项中医症候积分均优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组免疫细胞亚群CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖链抗原19-9(CA199)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:益胃生津行气汤联合ESD治疗早期胃癌效果显著,可明显改善患者症状,提高免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiwei Shengjin Xingqi decoction combined with endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of early gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 98 gastric cancer patients were selected.They were divided into a control group(49 patients treated with ESD)and an observation group(49 patients treated with Yiwei Shengjin Xingqi decoction and ESD)using the random number table method.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,immune function,and tumor markers were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were significantly lower compared with those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and glycan antigen 19-9(CA199)were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiwei Shengjin Xingqi decoction combined with ESD is markedly effective in the treatment of early gastric cancer,which can significantly improve symptoms,enhance immune function,and reduce tumor markers.
