摘　　要：老年肺结节患者是肺癌的高危人群之一。吴万垠教授辨治肺结节以“辨病-辨证-辨症”思想贯穿诊治始终,结合老年患者五脏俱虚、本虚标实特点,辨病以调理“肺-脾-肾”中轴为法,尤其注重固护脾土,辅以解毒抑瘤药物,辨证选用化痰祛瘀药物,并根据症状辅佐宽胸散结、行气止痛、解郁安神等药物,思路周全,临床疗效甚佳。Elderly patients with lung nodules belong to a high-risk group for developing lung cancer.Throughout the diagnosis and treatment process,professor Wu Wanyin focuses on identifying the disease,evidence,and symptoms.In the treatment of diseases in elderly patients,the focus is on regulating the central axis of“lung-spleen-kidney”while taking into account the underlying deficiency of the five viscera.This involves emphasizing the strengthening of the spleen and earth,along with the use of detoxification and tumor inhibiting drugs.Additionally,drugs are used to eliminate phlegm and stasis as per the symptoms presented.Based on the symptoms presented,the patient was also prescribed medications to induce chest relaxation,dispersion of knots,promotion of qi movement to relieve pain,and alleviate depression to calm the mind.These prescriptions were thoroughly considered and proved to have positive clinical outcomes.
