屈光矫正治疗屈光不正性弱视患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的研究屈光矫正治疗屈光不正性弱视患儿的效果。方法选择92例屈光不正性弱视患儿,这些患儿在曹县人民医院住院治疗的时间在2022年10月至2023年12月,使用随机数字表法分组,分为对照组46例,试验组46例。实施常规眼部训练的患儿为对照组,实施屈光矫正的患儿为试验组。比较两组患儿的视力情况、临床效果以及治疗相关指标等。结果治疗后,试验组患儿视力情况优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,调节灵敏度较高,屈光度、调节幅度以及调节滞后量较低(均P<0.05)。结论屈光不正性弱视患儿选择屈光矫正实施治疗的临床效果显著,患儿的视力情况得到缓解,改善患儿的灵敏度,提升患儿调节幅度,患儿的屈光度和滞后量下降。Objective To study the effect of refractive correction in children with refractive amblyopia.Methods A total of 92 children with refractive error amblyopia were selected,and these children were hospitalized in Caoxian People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023,and were grouped into 46 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the experimental group using the random number table method.Children undergoing routine eye training were in the control group,and those children undergoing refractive correction were in the test group.The visual acuity,clinical effect and treatment-related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the children in the experimental group had better visual acuity than the control group,with a higher total effective rate of treatment,higher adjustment sensitivity,and lower refractive error,amplitude of adjustment,and adjustment lag(all P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of refractive correction in children with refractive amblyopia is remarkable,which helps to improve the vision of children,Can enhance the sensitivity and amplitude of children,and reduce the lag and refraction of children.
