摘　　要：目的对比封闭螺丝与2 mm矮愈合基台应用于行引导骨再生术(GBR)埋入式愈合患者中对其探诊出血及美学效果的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2023年7月我院的70例GBR术埋入式愈合患者,按随机数字表法将其分入试验组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用封闭螺丝,试验组采用2 mm矮愈合基台。对两组患者治疗前后探诊出血及美学评分改善情况、不良反应(感染、植入物脱落或松动、骨组织损失)发生情况、患者满意度进行对比。结果试验组探诊出血及美学评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),植入物脱落或松动等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2 mm矮愈合基台应用于行GBR术埋入式愈合患者中的效果优于封闭螺丝,更有利于促进探诊出血及美学效果改善,减少不良反应,提高患者满意度。Objective Comparison of the effects of closed screws and 2 mm short healing abutment on probing bleeding and aesthetic outcomes in patients undergoing guided bone regeneration(GBR)with buried healing.Methods Select 70 patients with GBR buried healing in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2023,and divide them into an experimental group and a control group using a digital random grouping method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with closed screws,while the experimental group was treated with a 2mm short healing abutment.Compare and analyze the improvement of probing bleeding and aesthetic scores,incidence of adverse reactions(infection,implant detachment or loosening,bone tissue loss),and patient satisfaction between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The improvement in probing bleeding and aesthetic score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as implant detachment or loosening was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of a 2 mm short healing abutment in patients undergoing GBR buried healing is more effective than closed screws,which is more conducive to promoting probing bleeding and improving aesthetic effects,reducing adverse reactions,and increasing patient satisfaction.
